Planning & Zoning Commission

Mission

The Planning and Zoning Commission is a five-member board (plus 3 alternates), which acts on applications for development and makes recommendations on comprehensive planning.  The Commission is responsible for the adoption of the zoning and subdivision regulations.  It is also responsible for reviewing special use permits, site plan applications, applications for development, updates, and revising the land use regulations.

The Zoning Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing the zoning laws and regulations as set forth in the Town of Wolcott Zoning Regulations and also to review all applications submitted to the Zoning Department.

  • 6:30PM
  • 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month (excluding holidays)
  • Council Chambers, Wolcott Town Hall
