Start your Monday morning off with a "Pound Class" w/ Naida from Fitness Fury from 9 am to 9:30 am using weighted drumsticks for cardio, endurance, and medium/high intensity/low impact moves. Beat your "chair drum" to popular, fast-beat songs. This class is sure to wake you up!
The Monday 9 am to 9:45 am class with Naida from Fitness Fury is a series of fun cardio routines including (but not limited to) assimilated/modified bike sessions, exercises with hand weights, balls, bands, isometric and calisthenics training routines, seated core, and stability work. These exercises give a well-rounded workout!
Tuesday and Thursday 10 am to 11 am -Let's get Fit and Trim with Kim-Strength, Stretching, and Stress Relief Low intensity/low impact moves. Learn proper breathing while doing a combination of stretching, balance moves, core exercises, and strength training using hand weights, resistance bands, and balls, while listening to a variety of upbeat and relaxing songs. Kim is best with stress relief! All these exercises can be done standing or sitting in a chair so people of all levels can benefit.
Tuesday 11:30 am to 12:30 pm "Yoga4Change"-This is a great program taught by instructors trained in the silver age yoga curriculum. This is a chair-based program and is demonstrated to boost resilience, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Join us for this impactful class! Freely offered from the heart!
Wednesday 9 am to 9:45 am. Senior Zumba w/ Naida-Learn new and old dance moves to upbeat songs with a "Side of Salsa and Sassiness" on the side! This class is guaranteed to have fun and laughs!
Friday 8:15 am to 9 am class with Naida from Fitness Fury is another "wake-up" class to get you moving early to start your day! This class incorporates cardio, endurance, and balance (rehabilitative work) using the PT TheraBands. Balance exercises are accomplished with several yoga and Pilates poses. Naida makes exercising look fun!
