   ALL dog licenses are due to renew in JUNE. For the safety of your pet, to be in compliance with Connecticut State Law, and to avoid late fees and fines, we encourage you to license your dog(s) within the month of June. You may appear in person at the Office of the Town Clerk or mail in for your dog's tag. For your convenience, we have included the form below so that you may mail in your request. We will mail out dog tags after June 1st in the Self Addressed Stamped Envelope you provide. Please use one form per dog. To mail in request, please include:
