Curbside Trash and Recycling Pickup

The Town of Wolcott contracts an outside company to handle the curbside trash and recycling pickup. The contractor is Gaudiosi Hauling and they can be contacted at 203-879-1112 with any issues or questions.

Common questions which should be directed to Gaudiosi Hauling are:

  • What is my curbside pickup day?
  • If my pickup day is a holiday, will there still be pickup?
  • If there was a snowstorm on my pickup day, will they come back on a different day?

If you need to replace your curbside recycling bin, you can pick one up at the Public Works Department located at 48 Todd Road.

Curbside Recycling Pickup

Recycling pickup occurs every other week on the same night as your trash pickup. To find out what your pickup week is, visit the Street Pickup List and determine if your street is handled by Truck Number 1 or Truck Number 2. Then look at the calendar below. Truck Number 1 weekly pickups are highlighted in yellow. Truck Number 2 weekly pickups are the unhighlighted weeks.
