Planning & Zoning
Mission
The Planning and Zoning Commission is a five member board (plus 3 alternates), which acts on applications for development and makes recommendations on comprehensive planning. The Commission is responsible for the adoption of the zoning and subdivision regulations. It is also responsible for reviewing special use permits, site plan applications, applications for development, updates and revises the land use regulations.
The Zoning Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing the zoning laws and regulations as set forth in the Town of Wolcott Zoning Regulations and also to review all applications submitted to the Zoning Department.
