Benefit basketball game to be held for victim of April 21st fire

A fundraiser is being held to benefit Ruth Fortier who lost her son and all of her belongings in a terrible fire early on the morning of April 21st.

Members of the Wolcott Volunteer Fire Department will take on members of the Wolcott Police Department and the Wolcott Volunteer Ambulance Association in a game of basketball at the Wolcott High School. The donation is $5.00 per person payable at the door. Children under 8 are free. The tickets will only be available at the door.

The Wolcott Lions Club will sell pizza, candy and soda. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Rick Miller will handle the duties of announcing the game.

All proceeds will go to benefit Ruth Fortier.
