State Project - Covenant to Care for Children, Inc.

CJW is embarking on a new four year affiliation with a new State Project entitled Covenant to Care for Children.

Covenant to Care for Children, a statewide, non-profit organization works to better the lives of our state’s children through its numerous programs. The Adopt a Social Worker program connects social workers with faith communities that donate the essential items needed to assist the children in the social worker’s caseload. The Critical Goods program donates furniture and children’s clothing to families in need of material support. Working with Asylum Hill Congregational Church, the Crisis Food Support program provides families with children with emergency food donations. Finally, CCC’s Mentoring program’s two projects, My Mentor and Me, and Reach One Youth, provide Connecticut’s neglected youth with adult role models.

Covenant to Care for Children mobilizes and channels caring and faithful people to advocate for, mentor, and provide direct assistance to Connecticut’s children and youth who are abused, neglected or at-risk. For more information or to make a donation, please visit www.covenanttocare.org or call the main office at 860-243-1806.
