Little Miss and Mister Wolcott Contest
Sponsored by the Junior Women’s Club of Wolcott, Inc.
Rules for Entry
1. Contest is open to the first 20 boys and 20 girls who submit their completed application.
2. Applicants must reside in Wolcott and must be between the ages of 4 & 7 by August 1, 2010.
3. A $10.00 non-refundable fee must accompany each entry or it will be rejected.
4. A 5x7 photo, contestants form, and entry fee must be received by August 1, 2010. The photo must include the child’s name, date of birth, parents or guardian’s name, address and phone number. Photos may be picked up at the booth on Sunday afternoon after the crowning.
5. Voting will take place at the Lion’s Club Fair August 20, 21 and 22nd at the Junior Women’s Club of Wolcott booth. Voting ends promptly at 4:00pm on Sunday August 22, 2010. NO votes will be accepted after 4:00pm.
6. All contestants must be present Sunday August 22, 2010 at 4:00 pm at the Junior Women’s booth.
7. Winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded on Sunday afternoon following tabulation.
8. Voting is tabulated by an independent auditor. Each .25 cent is counted as one vote. Votes will be accepted at the fair in covered containers marked with the child’s number; this is their contestant number on his or her picture. The boy and girl with the most votes will be declared the winners. All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used for community projects and donations by the Junior Women’s Club of Wolcott.

Please make checks payable to Junior Women’s Club of Wolcott. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. You will be notified of a meeting which will be held in August after all applicants are received.
